This policy explains what DCOSMOS collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain. If anything here is unclear, email us.

Information we collect

  • Account information you give us: name, email, and the details you add to your profile.
  • Content you create in DCOSMOS: messages, quotes, jobs, customer records, and listings.
  • Connected accounts: when you link Google, Microsoft, Shopify, eBay, a phone number, or a WhatsApp Business number, we access only the scopes you approve to sync that data into your inbox.
  • Usage and device data: basic logs needed to run the service securely and fix problems.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate DCOSMOS: to show your inbox, match you with customers, sync your catalog and leads, send and receive messages on the channels you connect, and process payments.

We do not sell your personal information.

AI features

DCOSMOS can draft suggested replies from your conversation history. Suggestions are shown to you first — nothing is sent on your behalf without your action. AI-derived fields are labeled as such on the record.

Sharing and service providers

We share data only with the providers needed to deliver the service: email, SMS, and WhatsApp delivery providers; a payment processor for payouts and billing; and cloud infrastructure that hosts the platform. Each receives only what it needs for its task.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the platform.

Cookies and sessions

We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Your choices and rights

  • Export your data — your customer list, reviews, and message history are yours to take with you at any time.
  • Delete your account and request deletion of your data.
  • Disconnect any linked account or channel at any time.
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message; transactional messages about your account still apply.

Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. When you delete your account, we remove your data after a short grace window, except where we must retain records by law.

Security

We encrypt sensitive credentials at rest, scope every action to your tenant, and keep an audit trail of meaningful changes. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

Children

DCOSMOS is for adults (18+) and is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product changes. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, let you know in the app.
