Terms of Service

Eligibility

DCOSMOS is currently a US-only marketplace. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. Some features require identity verification.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Use DCOSMOS lawfully and honestly. Don't send spam or unlawful content, infringe others' rights, abuse the messaging channels, or attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

Marketplace and hiring

When you hire someone through DCOSMOS, we charge 5% of their first invoice; there's no fee after that. Earning on the platform — listing, being matched, and getting paid by your own customers — is free.

DCOSMOS connects people; we are not a party to the work agreed between a buyer and a seller, and we don't guarantee any outcome.

Subscriptions and billing

• Free: $0 — marketplace essentials, with a 5% fee on the first marketplace invoice when you hire.
• Solo: $29 per month for one operator, available through self-service activation.
• Team: $99 per workspace per month, with three users included. Team remains a limited beta until its stated collaboration requirements are complete.
• Business: $249 per workspace per month, with ten users included and self-service activation.
• Paid plans begin only after a tenant owner or admin explicitly confirms the selected plan and monthly price in Stripe Checkout.
• Provider usage and explicitly confirmed marketplace purchases may be billed separately under the terms shown before activation.
• Monthly subscriptions stop at the next renewal after cancellation. Annual billing is not offered yet.

Your content and data

You own the customer records, reviews, and content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. You can export your data at any time.

Third-party connections

When you connect a third-party service (such as Shopify, eBay, Google, Microsoft, or a messaging provider), your use of that service is also governed by its own terms. We access only the scopes you approve.

Disclaimers and liability

DCOSMOS is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using DCOSMOS and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or to protect the platform and its users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
